submitted by Dallin C. - |Recommended: NoIts Been 3 Weeks — I've had an outstanding maintenance request, at high priority, to fix a toilet for 3 weeks. We've been out of a toilet for 3 weeks. Front desk keep telling me it needs to he scheduled. It shouldn't take 3 weeks to schedule a plumber. When I chat with the front desk, it's mostly silence because they have to communicate with the manager over teams. This is not personable at all. Really gives the message that our units issues are not important.

submitted by Deidra E. - |Recommended: YesRoom For Growth — I chose to live at The Station because of its close proximity to campus—just five minutes away, which I’m really excited about. However, there were some initial concerns that need improvement. For starters, I never received a welcome letter with important move-in details, such as how to set up utilities or obtain a parking pass. I was scheduled to arrive in Utah within 24 hours and had to email the office myself to request that information. After calling several times with no response, I finally resorted to texting the office number and only then received a reply via email. Upon moving in, I also noticed a few issues with the apartment itself. The fridge wasn’t working, the baseboards were chipped, and some of the blinds were damaged. While I genuinely love the layout and overall feel of the apartment, I wish the communication and move-in inspection process had been more thorough.
